Healthmark Services, Inc. was established in 1991 to assist in the development and consulting of long-term care facilities throughout the United States. With an emphasis on quality patient care, Healthmark Services has successfully developed over 120 facilities in 8 states.
Healthmark Services currently contracts two skilled nursing facilities and eight assisted living facilities. These contracts assist in corporate compliance, education and policy/procedure manual development. Other services provided assist in market studies, plan development, construction and operating equipment, and group purchasing.
In 2002, Healthmark Services moved into the Assisted Living Industry within the state of Arkansas. It assisted in the development of Hope's Creek in Van Buren, Garrett Manor in Hot Springs, Crown Point Retirement in Sheridan, The Crossing at Malvern in Malvern, Cornerstone Care, Inc. of Hot Springs, and Chenal Heights in Little Rock, Arkansas. With the ability to understand the Arkansas Assisted Living Waiver Program, a Medicaid program of the state of Arkansas, Healthmark Services can assist facilities in achieving financial stability within this market. With contracts for the development and construction of several additional facilities in Arkansas, Healthmark Services has created a stronghold in this state.
Healthmark Services takes an active role in advocating for seniors. Healthmark Services formed the Arkansas Assisted Living Association and is an active member. Each facility associated with Healthmark Services takes an active role with each of their state's association (California Association of Health Facilities and the Tennessee Healthcare Association).
